Qrew HR is an all-in-one HR platform built for Indian businesses. Instead of juggling a spreadsheet for employee data, a separate app for attendance, a payroll tool and an inbox full of leave requests, you run everything from one system where each module shares the same employee record.
This page gives you an overview of every module, explains what ties them together, and answers the questions teams usually ask before they start. Pick a module below to read about it in detail.
The Qrew HR modules
Each module works on its own, but they are designed to be used together. Attendance feeds payroll, leave updates balances and calendars, and onboarding creates the employee profile that every other module relies on.
HRMS & Employee Records
Keep personal, job, bank, statutory and emergency details in one profile, with a document vault, org structure, custom fields and role-based access.
Attendance Management
Track check-ins from web or mobile with shifts, grace time, overtime rules and geo-fencing. Export-ready records flow into payroll.
Leave Management
Configure leave types, accruals, carry-forward and encashment rules. Employees apply in a few taps and managers see the team calendar before approving.
Payroll & Compliance
Run monthly payroll with configurable salary structures, reimbursements and deductions, and track PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and LWF. Employees download payslips themselves.
Performance Management
Set goals and OKRs, collect continuous and 360° feedback, and run review cycles with your own templates, rating scales and calibration steps.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Move candidates through a custom hiring pipeline, collect interviewer feedback, manage offers and hand new joiners a checklist for documents, IT setup and induction.
AI Workflows & Helpdesk
Give employees an AI Copilot that answers from your approved policies, route tickets to the right owner, and automate multi-step approvals and reminders.
What ties the platform together
Buying seven separate tools would give you seven logins, seven copies of employee data and a lot of manual reconciliation at month end. These shared foundations are what make Qrew HR a single platform.
One employee record
Every employee has a single profile that every module reads from. When HR updates a reporting manager, department or bank account, the change is reflected in approvals, payroll and reports without re-entering it anywhere else. Custom fields let you capture details specific to your organisation, such as internal IDs, asset allocation or location codes, and you can import existing data so you do not start from scratch.
Approvals that follow your structure
Leave, attendance regularisation, profile changes, reimbursements, job requisitions and offers all go through configurable approval workflows. You decide who approves what: the reporting manager, a department head, HR or finance, or several levels in sequence. Pending items show up on the approver's dashboard, and reminders and escalations stop requests from sitting in someone's queue for a week.
Self-service for employees
Employees can check attendance, apply for leave, download payslips, update allowed profile fields, read policies and raise helpdesk tickets on their own. HR controls which fields employees can edit directly and which changes need approval. The result is fewer "can you send me my payslip?" emails and more time for work that needs HR's judgement.
Web and mobile
Qrew HR runs in the browser for HR and admin work and has a mobile app for employees and managers. Field staff can check in with location validation, employees can apply for leave on the go, and managers can approve requests between meetings. Data syncs in real time, so what an employee sees on the phone matches what HR sees on the desktop.
Role-based access
HR teams, managers, employees and leadership each get a workspace focused on what they need. A manager sees their team, not the whole company. Payroll figures are visible only to the people you authorise. Field-level permissions let you restrict sensitive information such as bank or statutory details. Read more on our Security page.
AI workflows
The AI Copilot helps employees find answers in your approved knowledge base, guides them through common requests, and helps HR spot pending actions. Workflow automation handles multi-step processes such as onboarding tasks or approval escalations without code. AI features work on top of the same records and permissions as the rest of the platform.
Reports and dashboards
Because the data lives in one place, reporting does not require stitching exports together. Headcount, attendance, leave usage, payroll summaries, hiring pipeline and performance progress are available as dashboards and exportable reports. Leadership gets an organisation-wide view, while managers see reports for their own teams.
Built for how Indian businesses work
- Payroll in ₹ with Indian statutory components: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and Labour Welfare Fund are part of the payroll workflow, along with common salary components such as Basic, HRA and special allowance.
- Location-aware policies: holiday lists, leave rules and shifts can differ by office or state.
- Attendance for every setup: office, hybrid, field, plant and multi-site teams can each have their own shift and check-in rules.
- Familiar documents: store Aadhaar, PAN, offer letters and policy acknowledgements in the employee document vault with role-based visibility.
