HR data rarely lives in one place on day one. Attendance may come from a device at the office door, salaries end up in your accounting software, and employee details often start life in a spreadsheet. Qrew HR is built to sit at the centre of that setup: one employee record that other systems can feed into and read from.
This page explains the kinds of systems Qrew HR can work with. Exact options depend on your plan, the tools you already use and your rollout, so if you do not see what you need, tell us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Integration categories
Attendance and biometric devices
Many Indian offices, plants and stores already use biometric or card-based attendance devices. Rather than replacing them, you can bring their punch data into Qrew HR so it is matched to the right employee, checked against shift rules, grace time and overtime, and made available to payroll.
- Map device user IDs to Qrew HR employee records.
- Apply your shift, late-arrival and overtime rules to imported punches.
- Combine device data with mobile check-ins for field and hybrid staff.
- Review and regularise exceptions before payroll is processed.
Device compatibility varies by make and model. Share your device details with us when you get in touch.
Accounting and finance
Once payroll is approved, finance usually needs the numbers in the books. Qrew HR produces payroll registers, component-wise summaries and statutory reports that your finance team can use to post salary entries, reconcile PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS liabilities, and prepare bank disbursement files.
- Export payroll summaries by month, department, location or cost centre.
- Share reimbursement and deduction details with finance for reconciliation.
- Keep payroll history in Qrew HR as the audit trail behind each entry.
Calendar and email
Leave approvals, interview schedules and onboarding tasks all involve dates and notifications. Qrew HR sends email notifications for requests, approvals and reminders, and can work with calendar and email tools so that approved leave and scheduled interviews are visible where your team already plans its week.
Single sign-on
For organisations that manage access centrally, single sign-on lets employees log in to Qrew HR with their existing work account instead of a separate password. It also means that when someone leaves and their work account is disabled, their access ends too. Single sign-on is typically set up as part of onboarding for larger teams; talk to us about your identity provider.
Data import and export (CSV and Excel)
This is the integration almost every customer uses first. You can import existing employee records from a spreadsheet so profiles, reporting lines and joining dates are ready when employees log in. Most reports, including attendance, leave balances and payroll summaries, can be exported for review, audits or analysis in a spreadsheet.
APIs and webhooks for custom workflows
Some teams need Qrew HR to talk to an in-house system, such as an internal ERP, a project tool or a custom reporting setup. API access and webhooks for custom workflows are available on request. Tell us what data needs to move, in which direction and how often, and we will work out the right approach with you.
How integrations fit into your rollout
- Start with your data. Import employee records so every other system has something to match against.
- Connect the inputs. Bring in attendance data from devices or mobile check-ins, and configure leave policies.
- Connect the outputs. Agree on the payroll and statutory reports your finance team needs each month.
- Add access and notifications. Set up single sign-on, email notifications and calendar visibility.
- Extend if needed. Use APIs or webhooks for anything specific to your organisation.
Security and access
Integrations follow the same role-based access rules as the rest of Qrew HR. Only authorised admins can set up imports, exports or connections, and sensitive data such as salaries and bank details is shared only where you choose to share it. Read more on our Security page.
Request an integration
If you need Qrew HR to work with a specific tool, write to hello@qrewhr.com with:
- The tool or device you use, and what it is used for.
- What data needs to move (for example, attendance punches, payroll totals or new joiner details).
- Which direction it should flow and how often.
- Your approximate team size and the Qrew HR plan you are on or considering.
We will reply with what is available today, what can be set up during implementation and what would need custom work. Existing customers can also reach support@qrewhr.com or browse the Help Center.
Can I move from spreadsheets to Qrew HR without retyping everything?
Yes. Employee data can be imported from a spreadsheet, and our team can help with the import during setup.
Do I need to replace my attendance machines?
Not necessarily. Many teams keep their existing devices and bring the punch data into Qrew HR. Share your device details and we will confirm what is possible.
Are integrations included in every plan?
Data import and export is available to all customers. Other integrations depend on your plan and requirements; see Pricing or ask us.
